LionRock Developments was founded as a unique and equal partnership between business and a church that since 1965 has cared deeply for people in both local and distant communities. Our goal is to develop properties by helping other churches to better utilize their real estate assets, and we do so with our own church partners providing the moral compass and conscience to guide every project we undertake. It is a collaboration whose nature surprises some people. Yet it is one which has been tested and proven to empower individuals, to create new communities and strengthen existing ones, and always with a strong and revitalized church presence at their very heart.
