LionRock Developments’ mission is to build homes. And while this is expected, the driving force behind the company is not. Its inception is the result of a partnership between a Baptist Church in Delta, British Columbia, Canada and a Real Estate Developer. Together they share a vision of measurably improving the well-being of communities. LionRock and the church, after considerable discussion and planning, formed a development company for the betterment of people, communities and church presence everywhere – and as a means to forward the Mission of the Church.
For LionRock, the philosophy of building a true community means that in addition to first providing improvements to the communities in which we build, we also include a church presence in every development that we build. It also means re-engaging the church back to its roots of providing spiritual comfort and guidance as well as supporting those in need.
LionRock’s overarching mission is to redevelop real estate. But in addition to the regular intent to seek out properties and then weigh the prospects of a community-minded development, LionRock looks to the considerable dormant real estate assets of churches, transforming them into a resource for that church and its congregation to utilize however they see fit.
